Foraging with Rob Gould, Cotswold Forager

Our Topical Talks series continues in March with Rob Gould, Cotswold Forager.

We spoke with Rob about the joys of foraging, from wild garlic and blackberries to dandelions and wild greens. Rob gives us some tips for foraging safely, and tells us about the 1:1 ‘wellbeing walks’ he has been running during lockdown whilst foraging in groups has been on hold.

Rob is currently the foraging consultant on Channel 4‘s new ‘Extraordinary Escapes’ series with Sandi Toksvig and Prue Leith which started airing in February. He features in episode 4 at Hudnalls Hideout, a luxury Wye Valley treehouse. All episodes are available to watch on All4.

Rob’s foraging events are starting up again now (Covid-compliant). Find out more about Rob and his work on his website.
