Volunteering
Our volunteers have been making a difference since 1928. Together, they have helped protect and enhance Gloucestershire’s countryside, and today we’re looking for new volunteers to help continue that legacy.
From serving on our District Committees and helping to shape planning decisions, to supporting events, fundraising and administration, our volunteers play a vital role in everything we do. Many also get involved in hands-on projects such as Hedgerow Heroes, helping to plant and restore hedgerows across the county, and LandWise, which surveys and records Gloucestershire’s overlooked brownfield sites.
Whatever role they take on, our volunteers help make a real difference to the countryside we all care about, and we are incredibly grateful for their time, skills and dedication.
