Visit to Elmore Court

CPRE Gloucestershire are hosting a visit to Elmore Court on Tuesday 24th October at 3pm.

Elmore Court was built in the 1580s and to keep it in good repair these days it must earn its keep. It has become a popular venue for weddings and the owner, Anselm Guise, recently began an ambitious rewilding project of the riverside land in conjunction with building some tree houses in existing woodland at a distance from the main house. These are available to rent.

CPRE Gloucestershire are hosting a visit to Elmore Court. This kind invitation by Anselm Guise is an unusual opportunity for members to visit the Tree Houses and part of the Rewilding area. There will be tea in the Gillyflower provided by the Berkeley Vale committee and Mr Guise will talk about his rewilding project.
