Meet the staff team

Louise Williams is our Director

Louise has worked for charities within Gloucestershire for fifteen years, from front line service delivery to the more recent operational management and strategic development, and has been in leadership roles for the last five years.

“I am pleased to bring to CPRE Gloucestershire a set of skills to successfully launch and implement its new strategic objectives, making the countryside more accessible for everyone. I grew up in rural areas of Worcestershire surrounded by hop fields and Gloucestershire at the foot of May Hill and come from a family of farmers, which is another reason I am pleased to be here”.

Lesley Painter is our Marketing and Communications Officer

Lesley has worked in the charity sector for a number of years, with previous roles involving membership support, volunteer management and communications. She works part-time for CPRE Gloucestershire and part-time in the health sector, supporting people to make healthier food and lifestyle choices.

“I’m really happy to have joined CPRE Gloucestershire at such an exciting time in its development. I’m particularly passionate about the health benefits of nature and making the countryside more accessible for groups of people that may not so easily access it. I live in Cheltenham with my partner and our beloved cat.”

Indianna Knight is our Administrator

Indianna has over 5 years’ experience within the charitable sector. With professional work experience in monitoring and evaluation, data protection and fundraising, she has also worked as a volunteer providing front-line support and programme delivery.

“I am excited to be working for a charity whose vision and passion for the countryside aligns with my own. As a child, I moved from rural Gloucestershire to a small farm in Devon, so I understand the many incredible and beneficial roles the countryside plays in all our lives.”
